How does Business Loan work?

Personal guarantee implies that one or more persons act as a guarantee for payment in cases where the company can’t repay the loan. In extreme cases, these persons can be personally bound to repay the loan if the company can’t do so itself.

What does personal guarantee mean?

How does the accounting work?

Our Business Loan is a so called annuity loan, which means you pay the same amount every week. This amount includes both interest and amortization, meaning your interest and amortization will vary throughout your loan period. You’ll pay more in the beginning of your loan period as the amount to be amortized is bigger. As time goes by, the interest part of your payments will decrease in relation to your amortization part. The actual gross payment is always the same however, so you’ll always know how much to pay.

How do we repay the loan?

This is because weekly amortization means your debt decreases quicker than with monthly payments. As you always pay interest on the actual debt, this means you pay less total interest.
